Recently renovated old-fashioned property with attentive staff on a night shift. A lot of great food. - Large and huge hotel rooms in western style. - Exceptionally nice location close to a bus stop, and 10 minute walk from Kojohama Onsen. - Based really close to the valley and shops, restaurant, and popular sights.

The service at this old-fashioned hotel was excellent! Our rooms were decent sized and functional with a bathroom with windows, extra beds as expected. The breakfast of the venue restaurant was large especially for the drinks. The location was convenient and strategic, to the tourist spots, convenient to go everywhere.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the Tatami area added a special touch. The sound of the river outside was so soothing. The onsen facilities were top-notch with a variety of pools and amenities provided. The buffet dinner was a delight, with a wide range of delicious dishes to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great onsen experience with various pools of different temperatures was definitely the highlight of our weekend. The location was also very convenient as it was within walking distance to major attractions. We also appreciated the efficiency and helpfulness of the restaurant staff.
The tatami rooms did not seem to be made of real bamboo and the overall experience was not as authentic as we had hoped. we found the food selection at the buffet to be mediocre and difficult to navigate without English labels.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Noboribetsu and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with various hiking trails and popular sights like the Hell's Valley just a short walk away. I also appreciated the hotel's attention to detail, especially in the rooms. The tatami mat area added a traditional touch, and having an attached toilet was very convenient. The basic amenities provided, such as free valet parking and a generous spread of breakfast, were great value for money.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and there was nothing that could be improved!

During our Easter break, we stayed at a hotel near the hot springs. the complementary breakfast and dinner were both great and we didn't have to worry about searching for restaurants nearby. the hotel's location was convenient as it was near the public transportation system and close to shopping areas. We also enjoyed the different hot spring pools that were available.
Smoking was allowed in the rooms. Our room also didn't have a bathroom fan, and we noticed the smoke smell from other rooms got into our own.

We stayed at a hotel near several hiking trails to popular sights such as the Hell's Valley. the location was ideal for exploring the area! Our room was decent, and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was tolerable, but somewhat forgettable. On the upside, it was a very short walk to the main street, making it convenient to get around. the hotel's facilities were modern and up-to-date.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
